The LGBT Martial Art Group is for Les/Gay/Bi/Trans and gay friendly individuals that are interested in learning martial arts. We offer a variety of martial art forms including judo, krav maga, kickboxing and jiujitsu which are put together comprehensively and taught as general self-defense in classes.
The class is for those who appreciates different martial art forms, who wants to pick up a new hobby, for releasing stress, for staying healthy or simply for those who are looking for an alternative platform to meet friends… Whichever the reason, we have a place for you! Here, we provide a safe place for fellow LGBT to meet, train and socialise! Our supportive and motivating training environment will help each other
build self-confidence and self-defense skills.
Classes are delivered by a qualified lesbian martial art instructor (Jai Chan) who has over ten years of teaching experience. Jai specialised in traditional jujitsu for over ten years and trained judo with the Hong Kong Judo Team. She has also taken on kickboxing and Kung Fu in pursuit of being an all-rounded martial artist. She has since competed diversely in Judo, boxing, kickboxing, MMA (mixed martial art) and BJJ (Brazilian jujitsu).
