A little over a month ago, I began working at one of most exciting companies in the world: Facebook. In the last month I have received several questions about my job hunt, my strange resume, and what it’s like to work at Facebook. I’ll answer the latter immediately before letting you out of the first paragraph. It’s incredible, challenging, rewarding, and motivating! I’ve only been here 5 weeks and I have learned so much, and to think I have barely scratched the surface. The key to reaching my goals and obtaining an excellent job was constant curiosity, grit, and some luck. I’m going to tell you a story in the hopes that my three lessons will help others land a fitting role at an excellent organization.
