Romeo has to have a surgery because he is unable to urinate. He has crystals in his bladder and they are blocking him. He needs a surgery that will fix his problem. If he does not have the surgery he could die. The surgery will shorten his urethra so he can urinate, it is called a perineal urethrostomy . I have already spent over $1000.00 in vet bills. Please help my little guy! Anything helps. Thank you.
