Happenstance was founded in April, 2013, by Amy E. Moore Gerber. Over the years, Amy had undergone a series of personal and professional hardships. At one point, Amy realized that she had to take action, not only for herself, but also to help others in similar situations, and from this, Happenstance was born. Happenstance is an outlet of hope where people can turn to when life’s obstacles become too great to overcome alone. Happenstance encourages participants to pay it forward by finding ways to help others. Moreover, it strongly believes that this cycle of help and good deeds will create a strong, sustainable, and positive force in the world. Happenstance, LLC, a production company, is currently in pre-production for its debut program also titled Happenstance. This reality documentary program focuses on helping struggling individuals commit to changing their lives while their transformations are captured and shared with others to serve as an inspiration. In addition, Happenstance Charitable Foundation, Inc., is currently raising funds and planning future fundraising events to further its goals of promoting more heart in this world.
