My name is Jimmianne Warner, a 37 year old black female from the twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. I am exceedingly proud to say that I made a successful application to The University of Edinburgh, Scotland to pursue a Msc in Artificial Intelligence, specialising in Machine Learning. I've started this campaign, because unfortunately, my applications to the limited scholarships that I qualified for as an International student were unsuccessful. Secondly, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago is currently undergoing an economic recession, therefore several scholastic avenues that I qualified for through the Government are currently closed indefinitely. My third option was to apply for an educational loan from one of the local banking institutions in Trinidad and Tobago, but to my surprise none of them offer educational loans for international degree programmes. Due to all these impediments, I am in dire need of financial support for my impending Master’s program, which begins this September 2016.
