Hi, my name is Paul and I am a husband, father of four, and father of 2 "hairy kids" as well :-). We own two boxers who love our kids and our kids love them.
Our 2 1/2 year old boxer Maximus has torn a ligament in his left leg (CCL injury) which requires surgery that is beyond our ability to pay. Currently, we have Maximus on anti-inflammatory medications but that only method to heal Maximus completely is surgery. If we continue to just have Maximus on anti-inflammtories eventually there is a good possibility that he will go lame in both legs.
I am asking for donations from everyone that would be applied directly to the surgery to have Maximus leg fixed. We do not have a set appointment yet to have th surgery done as it would depend on how much money and how quickly we could raise the money.
To be able to help Maximus get back on his feet in good health again would mean so much to me and to our family. The kids love Maximus and love to play with him and snuggle with him and they hate to see him limping and unable to run like he used to. It would mean so much to us for him to be able to get the help he needs by having his leg fixed.
We are very thankful for any donation that we can get and appreciate your help for Maximus and in the end, helping the Mills family as well because we love Maximus as part of our family.
