My wife had a stroke a few years ago, and while she recovered from that pretty decently, she was prone to infections. She had a serious infection in her leg, and was sent to a nursing home to recover. Medicare could only pay for so much, and then the rent at my apartment went up. We are both disabled and get very little income. We owe the nursing home for several months. We are desperate for help.
