Polyversal is a science fiction based 6mm Miniatures Gaming System, and is now live on Kickstarter. Collins Epic Wargames is seeking funding to assist with final development, artwork, production, and creation of a web-based "Combatant Design Tool" for players wishing to customize the game. Veteran gamer and designer Ken Whitehurst has worked on the system for almost a decade. The game is a collaboration among 7 different companies to supply some of the best miniatures out there along with an innovative set of rules. We've hired an amazing concept artist to help us with the game's artwork- Bruno Werneck. Bruno works primarily on movies and has been a part of such films as Tron: Legacy, Star Trek, Thor, and games like Titanfall.

Polyversal is compatible with every 6mm miniature out there. With the web-based Combatant Design Tool, players may design their own stat tiles for their existing miniatures, from any line, and then use them in the game.
Collins Epic Wargames has partnered with 5 different miniatures manufacturers (Brigade Models, Hawk Wargames, Plasmablast Games, Microworld Games, and Dark Realm) and 1 terrain manufacturer (The Phalanx Consortium) to include an assortment of models in boxed games along with pre-designed Combatant Tiles, Counters, Tokens, Dice, Rules, and more. Polyversal has a great story to tell. Set in approximately 2130 on a plausible future Earth, initially, two combatants face off in the boxed game: a powerful United Nations and the OPFOR (Opposition Forces). Futuristic abandoned cities supported with skyscraper terrain from Phalanx serve as urban battlegrounds for the initial scenarios. This is just one possible setting for the game. Since you can play with any miniatures you have, you can create your own setting as well to tell your own story. [caption id="attachment_46372" align="alignnone" width="800"] Polyversal in action in urban terrain.[/caption] Whether you are new to miniatures gaming or a veteran gamer with armies amassed over years of campaigning, we believe you’ll enjoy the Polyversal system. The sleek initiative-based activation system keeps players continually involved. Infinite customization with a balancing point system allows you to expand the game on your own and share your designs with the community. The gritty near-future storyline feels real as you play. Who will survive? Who will fight? Who will rise? It is up to you. Polyversal's Kickstarter campaign runs for 60 days. We definitely need help to get the word out there about the game so we can make it a reality for the tabletop gaming community. Thank you!
