My name is LaShawnda and I am 31 years old. As of June 28, 2023 I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. This has been a tremendous life changer for me and it’s still hard to accept. I am set to being chemo treatments on Monday August 1, 2016. I have not been able to explain to my son what I am about to face. This, is a scary process for me and is quite overwhelming. There are days when I am in good spirit and there are days when I cry. There is no breast cancer history in my family and I cannot understand WHY ME. I’ve been praying to the ALMIGHTY Jesus Christ for strength and healing. I know that I am covered by his stripes and I know I will get through this. I ask for your prayers and any contributions that you are able to make to help with out of pocket expenses not covered by my insurance.
