The aim is to fund the purchase of a vending trike with which I can serve cups of tea and possibly coffee from. To go with the mobile tea cafe which will come from this I will create an online shop to sell pouches of tea to those not close enough to come and get to the tea trike.   This above is incredibly similar to what we want.   The main tea which will be sold would be Matcha Tea! Matcha tea is great, it is the perfect tea in terms of health benefits. Such benefits include:

• The anti-oxidants found in a cup of matcha tea has 137 times the amount found in a normal cup of tea
• One cup of matcha = 10 cups of regularly brewed green tea in terms of nutritional content
• Boosts metabolism and burns calories
• Is packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg
• Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
• Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium

These are only a few of the great benefits that Matcha provide. So now you know why I would want to provide that to my local area. In addition to serving this lovely tea we would also be serving other beverages such as:

• Earl Grey (My favourite right now)
• Lavender
• Peppermint Tea
• English Breakfast
• Camomile
• Iced Tea
• Speciality Coffee
• Any locally produced beverage ( Found some great apple juice recently which is made a town away)

Obviously there will be cake as I do prefer a cake with my tea. We will be able to cater for vegans too as I know a local producer of vegan bakery products. Also with the trike I will be able to serve tea at weddings and private functions too.   As long as everything goes to plan I may be able to hire an employee to also help with the business which would be great. So I will of course be incredibly grateful for any help I receive with this project. Thanks!
