When Kora learned that she was in advanced stage heart failure, the only thing she wanted was to continue with her plans to attend MIT, a way to escape her overprotective mother and enjoy life before her time was up. But when Kora meets Damian, the new teaching assistant in her architecture class, she fears that her end might come sooner than even the doctors predicted. For years she had nightmares about him . . . hunting her, killing her.  Now she is forced to get to know the real man and when love instead of fear takes over, her very existence becomes the greatest threat to Damian and those she loves.
